MEET REV. DAWN NICHOL
Pastor Dawn is a Professional Master Educator of 18 years and counting. She holds an A.S. in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, from Essex County College of Newark, New Jersey; a B.S. in Elementary Education, from Oral Roberts University, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; an M.Ed, in Principalship, Supervision, and Curriculum Writing, from the University of Oklahoma of Norman, Oklahoma; and, she is currently completing the final leg of her educational journey as a doctoral candidate for a Ed.D, in Organizational Development and Leadership, from Grand Canyon University of Phoenix, AZ.
Pastor Dawn Nichol is the daughter of Apostle Ralph G. Shammah Nichol and the Late Evangelist Alee Patricia Nichol. She is the fifth child of eight siblings including Minister Derrick Nichol, Minister Ralph Nichol, the late Rev. Rachelle Nichol-Ford, Minister David Nichol, Rev. Cherise Nichol-Rawls, the late Lance Corporal Daniel Nichol, and Master Christopher Nichol.
Dawn has serviced Deliverance Ministries in various capacities and roles most of her life. During the past several years she has worked as Assistant Pastor. However, her parents observed the gift for teaching early in her life. She was allowed to instruct Sunday School classes at the age of 14, and worked as teacher and instructional organizer at DEC's Alpha Christian Academy from 1991-1993. Dawn was ordained as Evangelist in 1994 and elevated as Reverend in 2002 at Deliverance Evangelistic Center, Inc. of Newark, NJ.
